Thank you for supporting our small business! Whether you’re ordering a handmade product or a drop-shipped item, we aim to deliver your goods promptly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Handmade Products: These are crafted to order and typically take 3–7 business days to process before dispatch.

Drop-Shipping Items: Items sourced from our drop-shipping partners may take 2–5 business days for processing.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
We’ll notify you via email if there’s a delay or issue with your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on item type, destination, and chosen delivery method.
UK Shipping (Standard):

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Tracked where possible
UK Shipping (Express):

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Available for eligible items only
International Shipping:

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs

You are responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available. Handmade or donation-based items may not include tracking.
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date

We’ll work with the carrier or supplier to locate or replace your item
We are not liable for delivery delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather, customs).
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery information at checkout. We cannot refund or resend items due to errors in the shipping address you provide.
6. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned due to failed delivery (e.g. no one available to receive or incorrect address), we can:

Re-ship the item at your cost, or

Issue a refund minus original shipping costs (for non-custom goods)
